We work closely with our clients, assessing their individual needs, before providing staff to meet these requirements. Our live-in care includes 24-hour, one-to-one support for most conditions including complex conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.

Our live-in care may also be suitable in situations where multiple daily visits from a carer are no longer convenient. This could be because of deteriorating mobility, frailty, having suffered a stroke, or a long-term health condition such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease. Supported Living and Accomodation

Call4care offers 24 hour supported living for young adults aged 16+ years with challenging and anti-social behavior. We provide spacious supported accommodation in East Midlands, that is Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire areas. The service was developed from an identified need for supported accommodation for young adults leaving care or foster services. The transition from residential care or foster care can prove to be a complex one. Call4care provides support for young adults who want to move to a greater level of independence or who may not be able to live independently but need to start preparations for independence. Our service can be seen to fill the ‘gap’.

The units offer excellent facilities for young adults in terms of space and local facilities. It has ample living accommodation, including staff rooms, office, large kitchen/dining room, living room and garden. The tenants at the units can live as independently as they are able but with access 24-hour support should they need it.
