We also recruit staff to provide services in a variety of other care and support settings. Our high quality, tailor-made care and support services are offered to adults and children and young people with varying special needs. We currently operate in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Buckingham, Cambridge and Peterborough areas , working with Local Authorities, Social Services, private clients and NHS hospitals, nursing homes, establishments for Mental Health and learning disabilities. We work closely with our clients, assessing their individual needs, before providing staff to meet these requirements. Our live-in care includes 24-hour, one-to-one support for most conditions including complex conditions such as traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, motor neurone disease and multiple sclerosis.

Our live-in care may also be suitable in situations where multiple daily visits from a carer are no longer convenient. This could be because of deteriorating mobility, frailty, having suffered a stroke, or a long-term health condition such as dementia or Parkinson’s disease. Our care professionals receive client-specific training and deliver high-level care support.

Overnight Care

Sleeping Nights

We offer overnight services to ease your worries while causing minimal disturbance. This service includes having the night-time carer sleep at your property for a minimum of eight hours, allowing them to be available when needed. This is the perfect choice for clients that may not need regular support, but still require the peace of mind of having someone there overnight.

Waking Nights

Waking care involves having the carer present and on duty throughout the night for a period of up to ten hours. This option is best suited for clients that wake up multiple times throughout the night, and need regular support. Whether it’s comforting disorientation, providing medication, or easing pain, your carer can help.

Sitting Service

We also provide a sitting service, which lasts between 2 and four hours during the night. This is for clients that require night care, company or assistance, and may also allow the regular carer to take a short break.

Supported Living and Accomodation

Call4care offers 24 hour supported living for young adults aged 16+ years with challenging and anti-social behavior. We provide spacious supported accommodation in East Midlands, that is Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire areas. The service was developed from an identified need for supported accommodation for young adults leaving care or foster services. The transition from residential care or foster care can prove to be a complex one. Call4care provides support for young adults who want to move to a greater level of independence or who may not be able to live independently but need to start preparations for independence. Our service can be seen to fill the ‘gap’.

The units offer excellent facilities for young adults in terms of space and local facilities. It has ample living accommodation, including staff rooms, office, large kitchen/dining room, living room and garden. The tenants at the units can live as independently as they are able but with access 24-hour support should they need it.
